Buyer’s rights

The buyer has 14 calendar days for the return of the order after the receipt of the order.

If you have been sent by mistake an item you did not request, the easiest way to make a return is to contact us. Once the error is detected, in the shortest possible time, we will send you a transport agency to collect the wrong item and deliver the one you requested. This shipment will be free of charge.


If you wish to return the order (total or partial) that you have made in our store, you must also contact us to arrange the collection of the order by our transport agency. These transportation costs will run in this case on your own. Once the item is found in our facilities, the condition of the item will be checked (item and packaging), proceeding to refund the amount if it is verified that the status is the same as when we sent it to you.

Once the returned merchandise has been reviewed and the refund is approved, the payment of the amount will be made through the same payment method used when ordering, deducting the expenses generated by the transportation in case of disagreement or resignation of the order.

After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the inside labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid.

Remember that the payment to the credit card and transfer always depends on your bank.

Bodegas Santa Margarita reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

A)  HOW TO BUY

To make a purchase through our website, you must add in the “shopping cart” the products that you want to purchase and follow the steps that are indicated to you throughout the purchase process.

When placing the order, you must provide the personal information requested and it is understood that you accept the prices, the description of the products and our general conditions.

If you do not have the product, Bodegasantamargarita.com will inform you by email or by phone.

 

B)  ORDERS

All prices include VAT and are valid except for typographical errors. If there is any error in the price, you will always be notified before shipment. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are calculated according to the weight of the products.

C)  CONFIRMATION

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive via email the order confirmation and the document where the purchase is formalized (delivery note).

Orders will be made once the payment has been verified. Once checked, we will send the order and the invoice to the address you indicate.

If you place the order by bank transfer, we would appreciate if you confirm the order by sending the transfer receipt by e-mail, in order to identify the payment of your order faster. It is important that in the transfer, indicate your full name and order number.
